CS ABHISHEK SHARMA

Prof. Abhishek Sharma is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate from University of Mumbai.
He qualified Company Secretary Course in 2007.
He secured First Rank and Gold Medal in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Banaras Hindu University (B.H.U.) in 2004.

for standing First position in B.Com (Hons.) Exam., 2004.
He was felicitated by ICSI with “Best Participant Award” and “Best Project Presentation Award” for project named ‘Capital Market Reforms in India’.
On account of various philanthropic activities undertaken by him, he was also awarded with Certificate of appreciation from Help Care Society.

Mr. Sharma started his professional career with large business conglomerates such as Entertainment (Network) India Limited (ENIL) popularly known as “Radio Mirchi”, Times of India Group, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP etc and served as Consultant for Corporate Laws and Secretarial Matters to number of well reputed companies.
To give wings to his Passion of teaching, Mr. Sharma was associated with leading commerce classes in Mumbai since 2008 onwards and taught various corporate laws subjects to students pursuing CA, CS and CMA Courses across India.

He was CS Vertical Head in J K Shah Classes before starting dedicated CS Coaching institution in the name of PROWINGS CS.
He has rich teaching experience of more than 15 years and enlighten more than 40,000 students with his knowledge during his association with J K Shah Classes, Unacademy, ACE Tutorials etc

CS SAGAR R MADAN

Prof. Sagar R Madan, is qualified Company Secretary (CS) and Masters in Law (LL.M) from reputed Law School.
He is also qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds Certificate in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
He is well known faculty in teaching Law to Company Secretary Students for more than 15 years and taught more than 25,000 students.
He is aspiring lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in legal field.

With his exceptional academic track record and global exposure, he is also member of Bombay High Court and Supreme Court of India.

With industry experience in Times of India, Mehta and Mehta and Khare Legal Chambers, he has wide exposure in Secretarial and Legal work.
Mr. Madan is known today for his sector focused and research driven international law practice to eminent clientele representing both domestic and international markets.
He has earned respect in matters of Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, Property Laws, White Collar Crime, Competition Laws and ancillary laws.

With his legal expertise, his clients find him gearing to the changing business environments.
Prof. Sagar R Madan believes that “Light of Knowledge goes Bright when you share the Light” and therefore, he has always endeavour to share knowledge with students in legal field.
